FG85XX series are environmentally lead-free high-temperature overlay paste designed as overlay or interbedded insulation. It is toxic element free up to European RoHS environmental regulation(2002/95/EC), and has good compatibilities with various ceramic substrates.The range of fired temperature is large, the surface of fired is glossy and sheeny. Features of strong adhesive power, good dielectric performance, excellent insulation and electric strength, excellent moistureproof performance , thermal & impact resistance and chemical stability.
